Session description
Back to Balance is a unique class which blends elements of Tia Chi, Yoga, Pilates and meditation into a series of flowing movements with a focus on the breath and balance. The class is designed to help develop strength, flexibility, balance, core connections, co-ordination, confidence and help to calm the mind and body through mindful movements which helps the mind and body relax from the constant chatter of our thoughts. The session is suitable for everybody. Variations are always given, and props and support are encouraged.
